Senior representatives from the 56 State and Territory Energy Offices, along with associates from the business and public sectors, make up NASEO. The 50 states, the District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico’s highway and transportation departments are all represented by AASHTO. Both are non-profit, non-partisan groups whose members and experience are crucial to the development of America’s energy and transportation systems.
